There are many misconceptions when it comes to learning how to jump higher and in the next 5 minutes you will learn more than most coaches teach their athletes.

If you are reading this it’s because you want to learn how to jump higher and it’s most likely because you play volleyball and want to spike the ball better or basketball and you want to learn how to dunk. Are there different workout programs or different steps you should take depending on the sport you play? For the most part no… because jumping is jumping. But if you play basketball you will need to do a few different types of training that will incorporate jumping off of one leg.

There are jump programs that are designed for one purpose and one purpose only and that is to simply jump higher! That is what you need to be following. Going to the gym and doing 2 hour workouts is not the way to achieve this. Jumping higher only requires 15 minutes of training a day. Too many people train in the wrong ways and never see results. Doing the same training you have always done and expecting different results than what you have had is the literal definition of insanity.

What vertical jump program do I recommend? That is hard one because I have only tested a couple but I do have a for sure winner. Click Here to visit the Jump Program I recommend.
